Becker is thrilled to announce that Shareholder Steven B. Lesser was named to the National Law Journal’s list of Real Estate/Construction Law Trailblazers, which spotlights professionals who are agents of change in their practice area. The selection committee specifically noted the landmark Florida Supreme Court case Moransais v. Heathman, and “its long-term impact on builders, architects, engineers and other professionals.” The Florida Bar Journal noted the case’s “groundbreaking implications.”
